Under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and related legislation, we aim to protect the privacy and security of individuals connected with our company, particularly those who use our products and services.

This notice explains how personal data may be collected, the purposes and legal grounds for processing, the parties to whom it may be transferred and the rights of data subjects.

Your personal data may be collected and processed by GÜL-PAŞ Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. in its capacity as data controller, within the scope explained below.

Personal data may be processed to perform agreements, evaluate products and services, meet legal obligations, manage risk, report to authorised authorities, retain required records, maintain security and prevent fraud.

Data may also be used for finance, communication, market research, purchasing, internal systems management, legal processes, social responsibility projects and service planning.

Where required permissions exist, personal data may be processed for product and service offers, campaigns, marketing communications, after-sales support, customer satisfaction, complaints and suggestions.

Personal data may be transferred, only as necessary for the relevant purposes and legal obligations, to authorised public institutions, judicial authorities, service providers, consultants, financial institutions, banks and independent auditors.

Transfers are carried out in accordance with the provisions and processing conditions of applicable personal data protection legislation governing domestic and international transfers.

Data may be collected, to the extent permitted by law, through our head office and branches, website, digital applications, social media, customer meetings, written or digital applications, sales teams and service providers.

For site security, visitor and employee camera recordings and internet access information may be retained for the applicable storage periods.

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, personal data subjects have the following rights:

• Learn whether personal data is being processed
• Request information about processed personal data
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
• Know the third parties to whom data has been transferred
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request deletion or destruction when the reasons for processing cease to exist
• Object to adverse results arising from automated processing
• Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing

You may submit requests regarding your rights to our company in writing together with documents verifying your identity. Applications will be concluded as soon as possible and no later than thirty days, depending on the nature of the request.
